Typical of this particular house style is a playback speed between the typical house and techno tempo (130 bpm). It’s time to break those boring New Year’s resolutions this Thursday night as Subliminal + Friends returns for our weekly session of midweek mayhem at Arkadia in Miami.Very special guest this week is the hughly talented Funkagenda, who’ll be helping banish any ideas of the party slowing down in January with one of his scintillating sets.After last week’s storming party with Subliminal Ibiza favourite DJ Roog (Hardsoul), we’re starting 2011 the way we mean to go on.

Creamfields Brazil 2011, Florianopolis
Ending 2010 we saw not one but tree massive Creamfields festivals take place in South America and Now Brazil is Begining this 2011 with a massive festival.
The 2011 began a new decade. And this cycle beginning in the summer of our lives, the team of the Entertainment Industry invites all friends to toast with us at our summer festival!
On January 22 Creamfields Brazil in Florianopolis with: Erick Morillo, Above & Beyond, Hernan Cattaneo, Loco Dice, Etienne De Creacy, Guy Guebo, Gui Boratto, Raresh and many others ...
Starting with Creamfields Chile which was held in the country’s capital of Santiago, thousands flocked to the festival’s brand new venue, Espacio Riescocity to watch the likes of David Guetta, Faithless, Paul Van Dyk, Richie Hawtin and Dubfire perform across four arenas accompanied by fireworks and robots! This was also an extra special year for Chile with the show selling out for the first time in its seven year history.
Following Creamfields Chile, we headed over to Argentina for the tenth Creamfields Buenos Aires. The festival, which has been growing year upon year, saw 50’000 people head to the festival to watch over 40 DJs perform throughout the day including Fatboy Slim, David Guetta, Carl Cox and Plastikman.
Highlights at the festival included David Guetta playing a brand new track during his encore and announcing that he will be naming the track ‘Argentina’ following the amazing response from the home crowd who pleaded for the DJ to play one more track before Fatboy Slim took to the decks to close out the Main Stage. Creamfields Peru was on Saturday 20th November ending a favulous year.

Superstar DJs 2011, Rio de Janeiro
Ferry Corsten and Paul Oakenfold are the first major party of the year in 2011 at Superstar DJs in Rio de Janeiro, a project that had TIËSTO anthology show on the sands of Ipanema.
In the summer of 2007, the South of Rio de Janeiro witnessed one of the most iconic events in its history: the design Superstar DJ's, who made a show of Dutch Tiësto, gathering more than 300.000 people and entered the history of dance music world . Four years later, the Superstar DJ's is back: on 08 January, over a sunset Rio promises to become an unforgettable date in the history of e-music. On this day, now the Fort of Copacabana, two of the biggest names in the international electronic scene are presented to the Brazilian public: Ferry Corsten and Paul Oakenfold.
